I've been using Smart Wop for almost a year. There were some initial difficulties at first. I have a Gannomat Protec. This machine works a little differently than conventional CNC machines. The program had to be completely adapted. which wasn't that easy. However, Tibek has implemented this well. I'm getting along very well now. If I have any questions or problems, I can contact Tibek directly at any time. I'm very satisfied! It's constantly evolving, which I think is great.
