Das Magazin dds stellte SmartWOP in Zusammenarbeit mit RheinKollektiv aus D\u00fcsseldorf auf die Probe.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Drei junge Tischler aus D\u00fcsseldorf haben sich zusammen selbstst\u00e4ndig gemacht.<br \/>\nIhr Wunsch: smart arbeiten!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Tischler aus D\u00fcsseldorf wollten schnell hoch hinaus. Wie das am besten gelingt?<br \/>\nMit der perfekten Arbeitsvorbereitung.<br \/>\nBei der maschinellen Ausstattung setzen die Jungs voll und ganz auf HOMAG.<br \/>\nPassend zur\u00a0liegenden Plattens\u00e4ge \u00bbSawteq B-130\u00ab wird eine F\u00fcnfachs-CNC \u00bbCentateq P-110\u00ab und eine Breitbandschleifmaschine \u00bbSandteq W-200\u00ab f\u00fcr die Werkstatt angeschafft; fehlt nur noch die dazu passende Software: SmartWOP.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4479 size-medium lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.smartwop.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Unbenannte-Anlage-00097-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 225px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 225\/300;\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(v.l.n.r.): Markus Wey, Marcel Wohlwender und Sebastian Stommel von RheinKollektiv.<br \/>\ndds-Foto: Hans Graff\u00e9, Konradin Medien GmbH<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Denn wie sagt Markus Wey so sch\u00f6n sagt, dauert das Zusammenbauen eines einfachen M\u00f6bels keine Minute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das dds-Magazin schreibt \u00fcber SmartWOP:<br \/>\n&#8222;\u00dcber den Button \u00bbAlles zur Maschine\u00ab werden MPR-Dateien f\u00fcr WoodWop generiert und anschlie\u00dfend die Zuschnittliste f\u00fcr die Plattens\u00e4ge exportiert.\u00a0Weiterhin stehen Materiallisten des geplanten Projekts zur Verf\u00fcgung, u.\u00a0a. f\u00fcr die Matrialbestellung bei den Lieferanten und als Begleitpapiere f\u00fcr die Werkstatt. Nat\u00fcrlich kann der im Beispiel geplante K\u00fcchenschrank gespeichert und so eine schnell wachsende Bibliothek angelegt werden. SmartWop ist ein parametrisches System: macht man aus dem 60er Schrank einen 90er-Schrank, geht das mit wenigen Mausklicks. Die dahinter liegende Logik \u00e4ndert sich entsprechend mit. Bei RheinKollektiv wird zur Bauteilidentifizierung an der S\u00e4ge ein Etikett mit QR-Code gedruckt, der an der CNC per Handscanner eingelesen wird.
